Sense 2 Double/Triple Step Counts

Step counts on my and my wife’s Sense 2 watches are being doubled and tripled. Examples: reporting step counts of 24,000 and 64,000 steps when they should be in the 2,000 to 4,000 range

Wow, I wish I had one of those units. I walked 20 minutes at 3 MPH on a previously tested treadmill and my Sense 2 reported that I had walked .25 miles.

Hi @GoDark - when you go to the device selection screen in the Fitbit App make sure you have go the phone installed as a device.

 

Hi @PetePia - if your arms are not moving it won't detect steps or distance.
