Like many others here the two metal bits on the back have fallen off and are now lost. The grey border around the screen of the watch has also worn away in a few places. These two issues seem to be linked with both the ECG and the EDA functions becoming very erratic over the past couple of months.
The watch is two years old so will be outside warranty, that seems to be how long these FitBit watches last. I had an Ionic which died, a Sense 1 where the screen popped out, and now this. I'm quite careful with the watch and quite disappointed that they all seem to fail after a couple of years.
I'll be getting another make next time, this post is really just to give more viability to these problems.
