I understand your point of view and while you can set a shortcut to access a specific app, you can also press the side button once to access all the apps installed on your Sense 2. What do you mean it doesn't work? Can't open the app? Or do you get "inconclusive" as a result? Try to restart your Sense 2 - Read the "How to.." section once more, and try again.

I believe this user is referring to his not being able to find the EKG tile on the Fitbit 2. The only way that I can find it, is to disable the Alexa shortcut and replace it with the EKG shortcut. To me, this seems a bit clunky, the Alexa shortcut is really quite cool and removing it and replacing it seems like a kludge.
