Sense 2 - ECG app not working

i’ve tried doing an ECG reading. i click on the app on my sense 2 and it tells me to open my fitbit app on my phone to continue. i do that, even closing the app and reopening it, but there’s nothing happening. it’s just the homepage, no directions or guidance or anything specific to the ECG. i have force stopped the app, i’ve disconnected from and reconnected to bluetooth, but nothing has worked. i don’t understand why or what i might be doing wrong.

How to set ECG up on Sense 2: Step 1: Open ECG app on Sense 2 Step 2: Press Setup button on your Sense 2 Step 3: Check your phone for any notification from Fitbit about seting up ECG Step 4: Click the notification, it should lead you to the instructions to setup ECG app on your Sense 2 Step 5: Follow the instructions on screen

thanks for your answer. looking for a notification from fitbit helped and i was able to click on that even several hours later and it took me where i’d been wanting to go.
