I have the Sense 2 and when I try to use the ECG app it opens, and I follow the instructions and get to the screen that says to place my index finger and thumb on the corners of the screen nothing happens. It is like it is not recognizing me touching the screen. I have restarted the FitBit, I even restarted my phone just to make sure it didn't affect it somehow.
I wanted to make sure the sensors were not bad and tried to do the EDA scan and as soon as I placed my hand on the screen it vibrated and started.
I am running version 60.20001.194.86l.
The FitBit is synching with no issues

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @MrRoundtree!
As ECG on your Fitbit Sense 2 uses low voltage electrical current to measure, your fingertips must be conductive. Sometimes moistening them slightly helps in this case.

Thanks for the reply. I tried that as well and it did not work. I am actually getting a replacement, because the metal plates came off the back side of the Fitbit.
