We’re excited to announce that a firmware update version 210.26 for Sense 2 has been released to all our members. Some of you might already have this update available. If you installed it, let us know what you think!
We release updates to customers in phases. If you don’t see it, check the Fitbit app in a few days, and you’ll see a message when you can install the update. We appreciate your patience while we get this update to all of our customers.
*Firmware releases are not distributed based on region or location and can reach anyone no matter where you reside. We do not recommend performing a factory reset to force the update to your device as your data will be lost and you may not get the update. Please be patient and wait until you see the update banner inside of the Fitbit app to begin the firmware download.

Sense 2 now is not syncing my activities under "Exercise Days" I have to manually add them. If I add a Run, it seems to then pull up the exact information from my run. But I also run on the treadmill (which is not one of the default items so I have to search it each time), and when I manually log that in, it may not update with the "real data" - it keep the info "Treadmill Manual log". So I have to keep manually logging in my activities. This is getting old. This is why I have a Fitbit! When will this be fixed?
I did that and it didn't help. Still won't sync. I've done everything.
@Bitfit1124 that shows that the watch doesn't know that it is (or rather, was) associated with a phone. That looks like the 'new out of the box' startup screen asking you to pair it and set it up in the app.
Delete it from the app on your phone and then go through the pairing and setup process and see if it starts communicating again.
And if it's depleting the battery within a day or two initiate the returns process to get it replaced.
Unfortunately no.
I never updated my Charge 2 which I still use from time to time and it's last firmware, from anecdotal reports killed thousands of, and I've been nagged by the app since at least 2018.

Hi Lizzy,
Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback received so far - I'm sure myself and many others are keen to hear how this has been received by the Fitbit/Google team - and what their plan is moving forward to rectify all the issues?
Thanks.
Mine is the same, I didn't do the update manually, the watch or phone must have done it shortly after midnight as I have 58 steps recorded for yesterday and now the same as yours, nothing!!
Yeah the havoc this update has caused. Almost 48 hours of pairing and unpairing, resetting the sense 2, it finally updated after almost 3 hours of downloading and installing today. After which the fitbit worked well for approximately an hour, throughout which the battery drained from over 80% to zero, and now won't switch on at all.
The update messed up my tracker and it will no longer pair with my phone. Please let us know what Fitbit is doing to resolve these issues. I have tried everything - restarting my tracker, app, phone, and deleting the app and reinstalling. I get a red X restarting my watch and then it just never syncs to the phone. It successfully *seemed* to have synced once after retrying and retrying, but it never completely synced. My watch is useless now and is just a fancy pedometer.
All my Readiness Score disappeared. I am wearing Sense 2. I only remove it for charging. What is happening? This started 10 days ago.
my Readiness score shows up in the watch but not in the app. Please set this right.

Hi @LizzyFitbit is there any update on this or response from Fitbit/Google?
