Sense 2 GPS function on workouts permanently off

Hey folks,

My Sense 2's GPS function is permanently stuck on "off" in the Exercise mode settings and I can't change it to "on". The field to toggle the GPS setting isn't highlighted in the settings and when I try to switch it to "on", nothing happens. It's not an issue with the touch screen, it's as if the setting is locked on "off". It happened randomly. I'm not sure if it's a software issue or a problem with the hardware. I'd be happy to send someone a video if they want more background on the issue. You'll also notice in the top photo that the "GPS connecting" text isn't shown.
