Sense 2 GPS is not working

8.5 mile hike today. Fitbit unable to produce a map of the route or any other data apart from duration!!

This is not a cheap watch! Fitness tracker that can't track

I had the same problem with my 3 month old unit. ..One day it just stopped working properly... after multiple phone calls, multiple resets and reinstalls that  failed  to rectify the issue, they reluctantly agreed to an RMA. 

Hopefully when the new one gets here it actually works.
