Ever since the Fitbit crash a few days ago, once my watch has been added and paired to my phone through the app, it goes into a never ending restart boot loop.
I have shut down, restarted, factory reset, updates firmware, NOTHING works to prevent this beside me unpairing it from my phone and removing the device from the app. I don’t think anything is wrong with the watch itself but the app seems to be the problem here. If this can’t get resolved I’ll definitely not be returning to Fitbit again.

Hi @JPowery - Have the same issue. It is probably due to an incomplete clock face or Find my phone installation.
You cannot easily cancel a pending installation, a long standing problem.
But try logout of the Fitbit App, swipe it off, force stop it and clear the storage cache.
When you login and go immediately to the Gallery, for a clock face you may be able to click Later, and then cancel it, or switch to another clock face, repeat the process and then cancel it. For Find my phone you can't cancel it.
While Bluetooth is off your watch should work normally with whatever face is currently on but the above process may get it to switch if you need to.

Thank you! I’ll try this and see if that helps. Hopefully it does.

I have the same problem but mine was already in the app and I was using it for over 1 year, then one day it just started doing this. I contacted support and they said it is a hardware problem. Mine is already out of warranty. I was hoping it would be something I could reset in the app but it doesn't seem so since it is still doing it even when I reset the watch to factory defaults in between one of the restarts.

@MrMartinG - if your watch is out of warranty you probably have a Sense, not a Sense 2.
The constant restarting of the watch can be a different issue for that watch.
After a factory reset and before setting up does the watch actually restart with the logo appearing in place of the welcome setup screen?
After setup does the restarting continue even with all devices with Bluetooth turned off?

Yes. You are right. I have a Sense (not Sense 2).
After factory reset and before setting up, the watch did not restart with the logo appearing. Instead, it displayed a screen that flashed in different languages asking for setup. It did not cycle through restarts during this time.
After performing the setup with my phone, the watch did not appear to cycle through restarts for at least 20 minutes while I was looking at it. I kept the default watch face.
However, it started cycling again after I put it on on my wrist and while walking around, I felt a buzz and looked down and saw that it had started cycling through power on and off again. It would at least come back on and work for about 30 seconds before cycling off and on. When this happened, I turned off my phone's bluetooth but the watch still kept cycling through restarts and eventually stopped displayign the standard face and instead would only show the logo.
