Since getting my sense 2 I can’t get any notifications from apps such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Whatsapp etc.
This is incredibly frustrating and has been going on for weeks now. I have tried changing my phone language to English (US) and this hasn’t worked.
Really considering changing smart tracker if this isn’t fixed soon.

While reviewing your information I've been informed that you already contacted the Support Team for further assistance with this. As our team has let you know, we’ve identified an issue with the notifications not coming through and have prioritized a fix. Our engineering team is currently conducting a comprehensive review to ensure everything is back on track. We appreciate your patience as we work toward a resolution. At this time, we don't have an estimated timeframe for a defenitive fix for this issue. However, please rest assured that we are actively working on it and will resolve it as soon as possible.
