Sense 2 - Option to flip screen

How has it not been implemented with a brand name like Fitbit for a watch not been able to just turn the screen so people who use either thumb or index fingers can simply use them as they wish?

When wearing long sleeve clothing, i'm used to use right thumb to move my left hand sleeve a bit away from watch and with index finger to press buttons on my watches.

This way i would need to use my right thumb to move the sleeve, but when pressing the button, the sleeve will still slide right back and be in the way and cover the watch.
