Sense 2 Resetting

My Sense 2 is continually resetting. The logo flashes followed by a brief appearance of a RED X. This continues until the battery is flat. Reset gives the usual vibration but does not achieve anything

@SunsetRunner - your watch may need replacing under warranty, probably best you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, for them to check it

Hi @SunsetRunner - can you try turning Bluetooth off the phone or any other device to which the watch may be paired.

Mine too. The last data recorded from the watch was just before midnight. I woke this morning to find the reset logo??

This morning the watch magically appeared to be almost ok. Update firmware, I think, but continued to reset.

 I now have a “New Watch” under warranty 

My next purchase will not be a Fitbit. I have had nothing but trouble with 2 of my 3 Verser and now this

Same, same, same! The watch face came back for 10 mins then reset symbol again. I too have a new watch as under warranty. Just crazy
