My Sense is charged, the lights on the back are green and working. My issue is my screen is not fully working. I can catch a glimpse of parts of it when I touch the side button but it only flashes slightly and then back to black. I would try to shut it down to restart it, but I think I can only do that from the actual Sense and not on the app. Help!!

Hi @HMC1234 - have you tried restarting your watch?
To restart your watch, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
Restarting your watch doesn't delete any data.
Worth a try . . . and 10 seconds seems like forever when holding the button 🙂

Maybe try a different clock face-one made by Fitbit to see if that makes a difference.
