Sense 2 and no Spotify

I got a new sense 2 watch for Christmas and I cannot believe a smartwatch isn’t compatible with Spotify. I’m going to return it asap! This is ridiculous for the amount you pay for the watch.

Hi @Loz1996 - did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

I posted an email from you earlier from earlier this year couple days again yesterday a team member emailed me saying just to clarify the screen shots I posted weren’t from any of the team members
