Every time I am tracking an exercise my Sense 2 app decides to stop and synch for updates. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, rebooting my phone and ensuring the app is up to date but it keeps happening. Anyone have a fix or know why Fitbit doesn’t pause updates while exercising?

Hi there @RacerDave! It's great to see you here in the Fitbit Coomunity!
Thank you so much for reporting this situation and for all your efforts.
I suggest you try to restart your Sense 2 by holding and pressing the button for 10 seconds. For more information please see: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Going through the same thing with my Inspire 3. Did all the steps, reinstalled the Android app but when I try to sign in with my Google account is says “Something went wrong. Please try again.”

Tried that, but unfortunately the restart did not resolve the issue and my Sense2 keeps freezing. I think the watch bluetooth is just defective.

Same but now it has gone black. I charge it, the logo flashes, then a red X on screen. This started after last firmware update. I'm rather upset. This is my 2nd FitBit Sense. Same thing happened to previous one. My initial one may have suffered some abuse but I liked & purchased a replacement. This one has been babied and is less than one year owned yet suffering same issues initial Sense had.
