I bought the Sense 2 on 11/27 and completed the charge around 11pm. I spent the next few days learning about the fitbit and the options. I had to charge the Sense 2 on 11/30 at 3pm, thinking the reason was because I kept messing with the fitbit settings. Understandable. However, I woke up this morning on 12/1 and had to charge the fitbit again around 9am. The charge only held for 15 hours when it was supposed to hold for up to 6 days. I have GPS off, removed SpO2, the watch display isn't always on and the display brightness is low. I've been on the forum help pages, trying everything to fix the battery issue. Are there anymore troubleshooting options or do I have a defective fitbit? I took the Sense 2 off its charge around 12pm and I'm already at 75% battery left at 2pm. I'm a little disappointed and frustrated at the moment.
