Issue started when i was seeing sense 2 was not booting up and was flashing fitbit logo followed by Red X. I then tried to tshoot it following some articles here and updated my watch to latest version which happen to release after i reported to support desk. However, i see different issue now where watch only stays on when connected to charger when removed it goes off instantly or sometimes in few seconds, i also notice battery percentage is 88 percent and then goes to 100 as soon as i connect to charger..
Wondering if anyone happen to encounter similar issue and how did they fix it?

Hi @Joyful-jimmy! Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
I'm sorry to hear that you find some trouble with your Fitbit battery life.
In this case, I would suggest that you clean the charging pins of your Sense 2 and the charging cable following the instructions in this article: How do I clean my Fitbit device?
After cleaning the charging pins, please restart your Sense 2 by pressing the button until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
Additionally, to help you with battery life, you can take a look at the following help article Extend your Fitbit device's battery life

Hi @Joyful-jimmy - have a look at other posts in the forums of other people having the same issue after a firmware update.
You could try the following procedure, fully charge the watch again and then perform another factory reset from the settings while on charge (no choice, but may be helpful) in case the previous factory reset hadn't worked properly. Leave plenty of time for it to complete once the process is started.
In the meantime on the phone remove the Bluetooth entries for it and stop Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds then restart Bluetooth, this is to ensure you get a fresh Bluetooth connection.
When you get the display back and before setting it up unplug the cable and remove the watch from the cable to see if it stays on.
If the display blanks press the button briefly to wake it.
If this is successful place on charge again and do the setup in the Fitbit App.

Hi. I've had the same problems since the updates. I've been in contact with customer support and followed all their ideas. I've cleaned the contacts, reset the watch, reinstalled the app, deleted and relinked the watch, done press and hold 10 seconds etc. and it is still happening. Thought the factory reset had done it but I'm having to recharge the battery once or twice a day, even when it's got plenty of charge left. It was at 83% at 2pm and by 7.30pm it was 33% and now its gone off and won't turn back on until I put it back on charge. The biggest insult is that is telling me I've not been active enough this month! That's because it keeps switching off when i need it most 🤣🤣. Seriously though, I'm getting very frustrated now and don't know what else to do.

I am having the same issue with my Versa2.
Get to the point that watch is unable to be switched on unless is plugged for charging.
I will be thankful if i can get some advice or guidance.
