Sense 2 battery not charging

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a sense 2, fitbit Issue. I accidentally let the battery run down / Completely drain. I tried multiple attempts To charge it and reset it. I even called fitbit help desk for help, but I'm at an impasse. My fit will not take a charge or will not get out of the start up screen. Is there any other means short of replacing a battery, replacing a main board or anything like that? I don't have money to buy a brand new one.

Hi @Jack233  - firstly your watch is under warranty and can be replaced if need be. They are not repaired.

But did you try holding the button for 10 seconds while on the charge cable and charging till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

If the Fitbit logo remains on display you can also try removing the watch Bluetooth entries from your phone's Bluetooth.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.

Login and click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace, failing that ask for a replacement.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jack233. Thank you for your advise @Guy_. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2 battery is not charging and thank you for mentioning all the steps you have followed in order to correct this situation.

At this moment, the battery could not be replaced for a new one.

I noticed that you already got a resolution from our team and I apologize for the inconveniences.
