I got my sense too as a Christmas present in 2022. Have not had a problem until I'd say the last month or so maybe a little more a little less. Now the thing drops by 10% 5 minutes after I take it off the charger. I have factory reset it I have removed apps I have done everything I know how to do. And I'm seeing all these posts that I can't seem to reply to or ask a question about on this site saying that a lot of people are having difficulty. I'm extremely disappointed in this watch now. And if memory serves I started having small problems after Google purchased Fitbit. Can anyone else guide me on what to do on this? It seems too young of a watch to be encountering these issues.

Hi @Iisav Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with the battery of your Sense 2. I appreciate you have taken the time to troubleshoot on your own.
If you are having trouble trying to reply to other posts, check if you are able to reply now that you are an active user in the community. If you are still unable to participate in other threads please provide more details about what is preventing you from doing so. A screenshot may be helpful.
On the other hand, a fully-charged Sense 2 has a battery life of 6+ days. Battery life and charge cycles vary with
use and other factors; actual results will vary. However, battery power falling 10% in 5 minutes seems pretty drastic. This being said, i recommend checking first our help article Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
I hope these tips will be helpful for you !
