Hello, my "body responses" tile is stuck in a screen that says "To get started, open the Fitbit mobile app".
I have given the apps all permissions, restarted both the watch and app, and logged moods. Why isn't anything showing up on this tile?

Seriously? I was coming to this community forum to see if I can find a resolution/solution if there isn't one. I think I should get a refund! This is ridiculous and shameful that they let something leave their warehouse that doesn't operate, and it doesn't appear to be just one or two.

So, did you try and work with a tech support live person and it didn't help at all, after trouble shooting? and you still cannot open body senses feature?

This is the same issue since I opened the product and set it up. This was the last feature I couldn't set up. This and stress management. I thought I had to wait for it to sync before I tried, but it's been more than 10 days, and no change. Perhaps there is a defect in the watch.

It definitely too much money for this NOT to be working and NOT ok for them to allow this to continue. I did side-by-side comparisons for ALL of their watches and decided on this model because of THIS FEATURE and it does not work!? What the heck!?

Yes, I think by now it is fair to assume that the feature just doesn't work and it is broken irreparable, probably an hardware issue. Fitbit is just not admitting it, tried to fix it with a firmware update but since that didn't work they stopped the rollout of the firmware months ago. No official statement for months while they still sell the watch and announce new products. It is really shameful, after so many years and many products like several Charge bands this will be my last Fitbit product for sure.

Correct. I haven't even gotten confirmation that this will be fixed with
the next release, which STILL has not been pushed to my Sense 2 device...
Very pissed.

It's a software issue, not a device issue. It should be a really easy fix
for them to push, but I am STILL waiting for the release to be sent to my
device. Not optimal for sure

No, there is no defect in the watch. It is a software issue. I know this
because the feature worked for a few minutes after I turned on
Notifications, and everything displayed properly. Then it broke again.

Yeah it's very poor Tech Support and Customer Service related to this
particular issue. I opened two cases and haven't received any direct
contact about either.
I did not pay for a premium device for this experience. Very disappointing.
Furthermore, this is a software issue - I know A) because I work in
software so I know what these kinds of issues look like and B) I had the
feature working for about 5 minutes before it broke again.

Body response in the Sense 2 does nothing but tell me to start open the fitbit app. The body reponse info has never once shown in my device and this is my 3rd Sense 2 replaced. It has never worked and was reported last year and still has not been fixed. This is fraud we are paying for something we are promised and are not getting. Please fix

I got an update today (Firmware Version 60.20001.194.86) and apparently it is working now. At least I see some functionality in the section. Can someone else confirm?

I've been having the same problem. Support suggested waiting for an update but only seems to be getting worse. It sucks because I upgraded to this just for this feature

Seems to be in EVERY forum I read of all the Fitbit watches no matter what model you have. I think someone really screwed up big time writing the new update and the company doesn't care to take the responsibility to fix their problem. The money is more important .....................

No I had not seen the last two posts. That's great, but I already traded mine in for the Versa 4, from Sense 2 and saved $50 since all the reviews says the stress management feature wasn't worth the additional cost anyway.

I got the 60.20001.194.86 update but it still doesn't work. The tile still just says open to setup settings (which are already setup).

I accidently found how to turn it on. Go to body responses on the app and in the upper right corner hit settings and turn it on there
