I bought the sense 2 recently but everytime i track my fitness lets say weightlifting, it somehow stops tracking. I believe my arm pushes the button by accident while i work out im not sure. Is there a way to disable the button or to stop this from happening because its making the 400$ i spent on this watch useless 😞

Hi @sakigalanis - it is possible the button gets pushed if you are left handed, in which case wear it on the other arm or try on the underneath of your wrist.

@sakigalanis - try wearing on the left wrist to eliminate a button push as the cause.
Others report exercises stopping randomly and it could simply be a bug.

I am issues with losing exercises too. I tried pushing the button during my exercise on purpose it did nothing but pause and asks if I want to resume.

@sakigalanis - even if it continues tracking exercises you may find the HR recording to be inaccurate as the watch is not renowned for good HR during movement and might not be the best watch for the job.

I think it's a bug too. I have mentioned it to Fitbit chat.

That's what I believe. I use it to exercise too.
