Hi @lsu78 - if your watch won't come on, it needs charging. If you tried charging and it's not working see How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If you only want to restart your watch and it is still swiping, sync the watch with the app, then pull down the watch face, to get to Quick Settings, click Settings, scroll to the bottom and Shutdown and Yes.
Wait at least 10 seconds before putting on charge to restart it and charge it.
If you merely want to wake the display, double tap it, go to Quick Settings and turn off all icons , except brightness [which may or may not work] then when you raise your wrist the display will come on automatically.
If the watch is still unresponsive try changing the clock face in the Gallery tile of the app, failing that let it run down completely then charge it.
