Sense 2 shows inacurate distance when walking

Fitbit sense 2 does not measure distance correctly when walking.  Have check many times against other devices and Sense 2 is off. How do I correct this?

Do you use GPS? Did you modify stride length manually? Need more details.

Measuring against my Garmin, my new Fitbit is often up to 1 kilometre LESS. How is this?

When I measure against a Garmin my Sense 2 is .4 Miles  LESS
