Hello!

There are tons of topics about this issue and Fitbit says “Hurray you solved it” but it never seems like the problem is solved… I have tried so many different way to solve this, all the forums, everything. It doesn’t just “automatically reconnect”… It just plain doesn’t work…. So a useful answer or solution would be GREAT!

Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Welcome to the forums @Greenaway

Thank you for providing the information and the details regarding this difficulty with your Sense 2 and for trying to fix it on your own.

If you didn’t set up on-wrist calls when you connected your Fitbit device to your account, from the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap Devices > your device image > On Wrist Calls. Please follow the instructions below to set up on-wrist calls:

  • Tap Start Setup.
  • On Sense and Versa 3, if you're unable to start the on-wrist call setup, open the Settings app on your watch > Vibration & Audio. In the On - wrist calls section, tap Sense Controls/Calls, and then proceed to the next step.
  • On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth. Your phone scans for available devices.
  • When you see the name of your Fitbit device follows by the word "Controls" or "Calls" (Sense 2 calls) as an available device, tap it. A number appears on your phone screen.
  • When the same number appears on your watch, tap Pair.
  • Return to the Fitbit app on your phone. Tap Done to complete setup.

Thanks for the response @Greenaway

Sorry to know that you are still experiencing this same situation.

Please, can you confirm that the following steps are all done to get the wrist calls in your device?

If you continue to have issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. On your phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove your Fitbit device's controls or calls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

Note that your Fitbit device's controls or calls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.
