Sense 2 cannot access tiles or gallery

Unable to access watch faces, gallery or tiles on my Sense 2. Says not connected to Internet. I've restarted my watch, force stop on app and restarted phone, turned off WiFi to no avail. Down detector doesn't show any issues with Fitbit. Any suggestions or is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi @evv-204 - just in case it something simple, and you have a Samsung phone check the private DNS setting.

Thank you for your response. I have a Google Pixel and it was a DNS issue.

@evv-204 - thanks for confirming the Pixel suffers the same issue, it may just be more Android in general. Useful feedback.
