I would like FitBit to look at the design of the FitBit Sense 2 charger. I have had 5 chargers fail to charge my FitBit sense and this is becoming a joke its going to cost me more in charges than the watch . I believe this is a fundermental design fault.
I have had to buy back up charges due to this design fault so i can ensure i have one when the charge fails ..
Fitbit this it still under warranty so please send me yet another charger .
People should have to constantly pay for replacement charges the design should be fixed
If there is a fundermetal design fault which there clearly is these watch and charges should be recalled and replaced by ones that work.
Looking forward to hearing from fitbit and get a proper resolution

Keep this a secret, go to Amazon, and buy 2 chargers for under $10USD. I haven't had to replace any 3rd party versa/Sense charger.
Yes it has the same defect, because it oddest same model charger.

Within 2 months of receiving the Versa 4, I had to replace the cable.

Thanks @Rich_Laue - I have the original Sense and Versa 4 since they were released and never had to replace a charge cable yet, possibly because I only charge weekly so it may get used less often and so less risk of a failure.
I do use this technique Tips when using the Sense or Versa 3 charging cable
