Sense 2 cloak face error

For a few weeks now my sense 2 Fitbit has been showing the below face and then changing back to what I’ve actually set it to but won’t stay. It doesn’t go into sleep mode when I lie it face down, I have to turn it off. Please can you help?

Hello @Lucyedwards and welcome to the Community.  I think your Always On display is on.  Please swipe down on the screen.  If the bottom left icon is on, tap it off.  The touch screen is very sensitive.  You can make changes and not realize it.
