Sense 2 clock face disappears by itself

New Sense 2 watch. Had ten days.  At least once a day clock face disappears.  Had Sense watch previously. Is there something perhaps I’m doing wrong?  

Also, settings I choose for brightness etc. are not sticking.  After making choices on watch, I go back and it is as if I didn’t do anything.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and sharing the steps that you've tried on your own. To work on this together, I'd like you to reconnect your Sense 2 to the Fitbit app in order to refresh its settings and features. To do this, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Forget your Sense 2 and any other Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your watch
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap Devices > Add More Devices
  4. Select your Sense 2, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Then, change the clock face to one from Fitbit and monitor its behavior in the next few days
