I just recieved my fitbit sense 2 in the post today. I've had it charging for around 5 hours. Screen stays black. It will vibrate, the icon show up then it goes black again. The last time I tried to get it to do something a red X showed up for a moment and then again a black screen. Am I doing something wrong?
