Every since the new update my sense 2 battery life doesn't even make it through my work day. I have no extra apps open. I will never get another Fitbit. I have had this less than a year and now it's no good to me. So disappointing.

Hi @Red26 - if it's under warranty it can be replaced.
However a factory reset and fresh install may resolve the issue because an improper firmware update can possibly be causing the issue that others are experiencing with 214_24.
It remains to be seen if that does cure it. see also Factory reset tips

I also have a Sense 2 which was working great (4-5 days battery life) until March 27 when it went to <1 day. That's without using the GPS, only opening the app to sync and every battery saving 'trick' they recommend. It's weird that it seems to have happened at the same time they released the new app (iOS) update that has had a ton of problems. My watch is still under warranty but they want me to send it back to them before they replace it which is completely unacceptable.

Same here. I bought it less than a year ago, and it always gave me problems. There is always one problem or another. I had my first fitbit that worked perfectly for 3 years. But this one gave me trouble since the first 3 months, and the battery is draining super fast. I have done what CS has said, but its the same. I cannot receive the pings of calls or messages.. and when I receive them I get them like 2 hours later.
