I purchased a sense 2 in August and the sleep score nor the stress score will post on the watch. It will show on the app on my phone, but not on the watch. The only way that I can get it to post is if I restart the watch or the phone (pixel 6a) which I shouldn't have to do. I have had a ticket open since September and have tried everything that they have suggested, non of which has worked. I hate this watch, can't get Fitbit to fix it and their Customer Service the last time I contact them said they closed the ticket because they hadn't heard from me for 20 days. My question is has anyone been able to get a supervisor to contact them? Seems that Customer Service is running interferance and won't put me in contact with anyone that can help me.

Hi @MB757 - the Sense 2 is a more dumb watch in the sense that it does a lot more calculation in the App and transfers the result information back to the watch.
This requires a constant connection with the Fitbit App but as the new V4 Fitbit App is unreliable it loses connection requiring a restart to resolve it.
Once you get the flow of data working again it should be correct and you will only see the information partially on the watch as the tiles don't expand like they do on the more sophisticated Sense.

I figured it was a sync issue, just wish they could fix the issue. The phone is set to transfer data, just the app won't do it. Anyone have a recommendation on a watch that works with the pixel 6a? Really tired of the customer service run around, thinking of a small claims case to get a refund as I'm past the sixty days.
