Sense 2 exercise days not syncing

I need help figuring out how to get my exercise days to show up in my activity. Steps are showing up as well as intensity but the last two days that I did vigorously work out on my treadmill, nothing is documented! I want my app to work. March 13,2024; I attaching because this issue is new to me.

Thank you for taking the time to share the situation with your Sense 2.

I'd recommend you try to perform the following steps on the Fitbit app:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is updated (AndroidiOS)
  • Force quit the app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Log back into your Fitbit app.
  • Please, see If the issue persists.

Syncing failing to work correctly is a well known long-running issue that Google/Fitbit seems to have no intention of fixing. If I had known how buggy syncing is with this watch I would have bought something else. All they'll tell you is to reboot your watch, reboot your phone, unpair, re-pair, etc. It should just farking work but it doesn't.
