Hi can someone tell me where I find the part on my fitbit app to change messages and calls please. Can't find it since everything went to Google

Hi @EmmaBee88

Open the Fitbit app on your phone - in the top left corner you should see a grey oval with your devices battery status, tap on that - tap on your device - then tap on notifications. You should be able to manage your notifications in here.
