I've been trying for 10 days now to get my watch sorted. Since Fitbit has been bought by google, support has been awful. I'm a Fitbit user since 2016, the last few days have been a joke. If I'm asked to do a factory reset one more time ..... just replace my watch or refund me. 🙄

The watch is faulty. Not recording my heart rate properly or my workouts.

Hi @StephenQ - if you look in the forums you will see this is a known issue where unreliable HR occurs during exercise or repetitive movement with the new technology sensors and unless there is an actual fault replacing the watch under warranty may not resolve it.
I can get anything up to double the HR at times and others claim it is under reading.

Unfortunately. I share your experience.
A couple years ago, I got my first Fitbit, a Versa2. The Wifi on that device was defective. Customer service replaced it only after putting me through excessive troubleshooting exercises. Now, I received a Sense 2. The GPS doesn't connect. Customer service was horrible. Before they replaced it, I had 4 different case numbers and had to call at every step, at least 6 times over 3 weeks. I just received a replacement, and it also doesn't connect to GPS!
