Watch heart date is not synchronizing with iphone while training. App shows not enough data available. Watch is recording data but not transferring to app. This seems to be an old issue?

I have the same problem for 2 days now and cant sync any of health data

The sense 2 never tracks my heart rate. I just took a resting pulse at my neck and it was 62 BPM, while the sense 2 showed 79 BPM. Not even close.
