Sense 2 has a black screen

I just bought the sense 2, and already have a black screen. Is this supposed to happen after 1 day of use?

Hi @Chezca  - try placing on charge, this should charge and start it.

Also check the battery level in the app and when it was last synced, it may be the battery needed charging.
