Rabo Maestro card is not installing on Sense2

Hi @Peer1234, not sure if it's the same issue but there are problems connecting with some Dutch banks: Interval server error when using Fitbit Pay on Sense 2

 

It can be wise to call Fitbit support on Monday to ask for help on this. I have used my credit card without any problems.

Hi, I had the same problem. I contacted Rabobank and they told me this is a problem on their end. They are changing some things in their IT processes and are having some issues. Especially when you have two accounts (as I do, one for work and one private) at two different local Rabobanks. In my case they were able solve the issue by merging both accounts under one bank. I was able to successfully install the Rabo Maestro card on my Sense 2 after the change. So I would suggest contacting Rabobank directly if you are still experiencing issues.

 

Hallo Peer, ik had hetzelfde probleem en de oorzaak bleek bij Rabobank te zitten. Ze zijn op dit moment achter de schermen met IT aanpassingen bezig en met name als je twee Rabo rekeningen hebt (bij verschillende Rabobanken) geeft dit problemen. Ze hebben dit voor mij op kunnen lossen, waardoor ik nu succesvol mijn Rabobank betaalpas heb kunnen koppelen aan Sense 2. Als je nog problemen ervaart, zou ik eens bellen met de Rabobank, mogelijk kunnen ze jou ook helpen.
