I cannot get my Sense 2 to track my sleep. Worked fine up until 3 nights ago. Gotta say my last few experiences with Fitbit devices has been no good. I have tried all the suggestions like ensuring its placed correctly on my wrist, restarting etc. The setting is on sensitive. Please help.

I have owned a Fitbit for 8 years and not had a problem with sleep tracking. I have experienced intermittent sleep tracking issues since I purchased my Sense 2 six months ago. It has been 4 nights in a row without tracking numbers. I will call the support center today. We are experiencing the same issue and I hope they have a fix for this.

I’m also experiencing this issue, it stopped tracking my sleep since Tuesday. I’ve tried everything, nothing helps.

Welcome to the community forums @MichaelS35 @rinesa @LarryTally
Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding Sense 2.
Make sure that you tried the restart procedure described here and check if you continue to experience the same difficulty .In case the problem is related to the Fitbit app, please try the following as well:
If you haven't done so yet, please see What factors can affect my heart-rate on my Fitbit device?
If the above works and your Sense 2 is now tracking your heart rate accurately, please monitor your sleep data. If after a few days you don't receive sleep stages, please Why don't I see sleep stages today?

I have sleep patterns but no score for the last 2 nights.
Watch is on correctly and have extensive analysis just no score got both nights.
I have done a reset and deleted the app and reinstalled it again this morning.
still no sleep score calculation but all the data is there to calculate on the graph display.
check online on my pc and cannot see any sleep scores for any day.
Do we have a software program issue as sleep appears to have a number of issues.

The sleep tracking function is very unpredictable and will regularly not sync data or show it on the watch. One work around that usually works for me is to add a manual log in the app and then sync again (sometimes this takes a few attempts). This usually, for some bizarre reason, pulls the hidden data from the Sense 2 into the app and you can then delete the manual log.
