Sense 2 heart rate not reading

My Sense 2 heart rate is not monitoring accurately during runs either not reading at all or sporadic and low (a 45 min run saying no active minutes). It seems ok with other exercises.

Hi @E_coe - if the watch positions itself over tattoos it could be a problem but it won't be accurate when moving anyway during exercise, it may over or under read. Try find the position where it records something persistently and keep it there, at least you will know you are still alive!

Thank you … unfortunately does not help. No tattoos. Have had versa before sense and no problem in same position. Will try Fitbit help itself. But as you say I am still alive.
