Sense 2 heart rate screen in app not loading

Hi, for a couple of days I cannot load the heart rate information in the fitbit app. Whenever I click the HR info the screen appears white with the red circle (cycling) trying to load the info and never comes out of this situation. Never loads the info. What might be wrong? I belive I have the latest version. The last week sometimes it took some time to load, but the last days won't load that info at all. Thanks for your help!

Hi @Paulita - there can be issues with versions of the new V4 Fitbit App.

Try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone and login and try again.
