Hello there..My sense had adequate battery and yet shut down n won't start even after I have reset it multiple times.But at times my phone flashes that the sense 2 is ready to set up but even the app wont log in.Does anyone have any similar issues?

Hi @Sense2M - have you tried charging it again.
If when you place it on the charge cable and plug it in the watch does not display battery level or come on there could be a problem with cable. See instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa won't charge, won't start or blank screen
