Sense 2 is not pairing

Recently my watch and app didn't get along, i've tried to pair them but didn't work. App looks all good but watch doesn't want to cooperate. I restarted sense 2 to manufacturers setting and nothing change. I don't know what else i can do.

Hello, I was having the same issue and found that after I completed an update to my phone operating system that it is now syncing again. I would suggest seeing if your phone needs an update. I hope it works for you.

Hi @Iwona1 - did you try remove your watch from Bluetooth on all devices, logout of the Fitbit App and restart the watch and phone?

Then in the Fitbit App click profile photo and " + Set up a Device" and replace?

@Iwona1 - if you did all those steps and it's still not working the phone or watch may have a problem.

Probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
