I did an entire workout and when I synced it’s not showing steps/exercise time. I even activated exercise on watch before starting. Anyone else having this problem? Would it help to reset? If so, how do I do that?

Hi @JanaBarnes - it would seem there is s syncing problem. As a first step try logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone and sync again.

The steps on the watch must match those in the app. The workout may not appear immediately so check a little later.

Restarting the watch may help but you could lose the data you want to retrieve.

If necessary you can hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for the watch to start again.

A factory reset should not be done as this wipes everything from the watch and you have to install it all from scratch and can take an hour or so to do.
