Fitbit sense 2 doesnt register when i climb stairs, i can walk up multiple stair cases and doesnt register any of them. ive factory reset the device and still doesnt register

Hi @Mufasa40 - as you factory reset it and hopefully cleaned it, your watch is under warranty and can be replaced where you bought it.
