Hiya,
Since I upgraded to the sense 2 from the versa 3, I have had endless issues with the sleep app. It is very intermittent. I was using premium as I also use other features. However, I have now cancelled premium due to the apps not working.
Can Fitbit please rectify this as this is disappointing.
Does anyone else have these issues?

Hi, @nancy.dansereau @CoffeeNSesttle @rlhkids For a long time I couldn’t get my sleep data since the change in Fitbit App last year but I can confirm, as @Guy_ says above, that disconnecting Bluetooth on my Iphone overnight somehow fixes the issue. In the morning when I turn Bluetooth back on my phone and force sync the fitbit app the data has appeared everyday. I don’t know why this fixes my issue but it seems too. Not ideal agreed, but it is a workaround that seems to work consistently. Hope it works for you too.

Hi @Del79 - if you look in the forums you are not the only one with this issue.
It can be related to poor syncing if the watch loses connection due to a version of the Fitbit App. See Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
It may help to also restart the watch and phone to clear any temporary issues.

Hi there, @Del79. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2 is not tracking your sleep data accurately. I'm sorry to hear you decided to cancel your Premium subscription due to this. I understand how you must be feeling. We're here to help!
Have you tried the steps recommended by @Guy_?
To better assist you, would you mind letting us know which other apps aren't working? What is the main issue with your sleep data? Is your Sense 2 not tracking your sleep data at all? Is it not tracking your sleep times accurately?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

I am having the same issue and have cancelled my premium subscription. I’ve reset, updated, reloaded, etc. still intermittent sleep scores and reports. I even switched my band and wrist - nothing has helped…I’m now shopping around for an alternative tracker. Been with Fitbit since 2015!

I logged out and had a hard time logging back in but when I finally did for the past two night it has tracked my sleeping. I am not sure how long this will last but thank you for suggesting this. I tried everything else and nothing else worked. If it happens again, I will have to get another tracker.
Hey there... I've been trying since I bought my Sence 2 to Master the sleep feature and it's just not going to work no matter what I do and it's to late to return it so I'm just not going to invest anymore and maybe try again in a couple years when technology improves. 😒

Hi @CoffeeNSesttle - did you try what's been posted here and other threads.
Make sure that only your Sense 2 is connected to your account in the Fitbit App device page (Connected to) & turn off phone Bluetooth at night.
It should work if you get the proprer sleep but if not and it is under warranty, can be replaced.

Definitely proper sleep! It’s the technology that’s the issue. I’ve been tracking sleep via Premium for years. To expect a user to disconnect Bluetooth isn’t right. Making sure app is closed on phone at night has always been effective.

@MissMyData- thanks for the feedback which will be helpful to others so I've taken the opportunity to mark it best answer.
Putting the watch into standalone mode isolates it from any syncing issues which may confuse it in the night.
Connecting in the morning again is a good way to improve syncing and helps verify it is syncing with all the elements. The final results may still take a bit of time and a few syncs to complete, as it is calculated in some cases, notably Sleep.
Most importantly, although the watch measures your sleep it won't display it until the data has been uploaded, calculated and downloaded to the Fitbit App and then to the watch, so it takes a while.

I truly do appreciate the feedback and suggestions. I’d like the technical support to figure it out.
