Sense 2 is only sporadically recording sleep stats.

It recorded 8 nights so far in March and it’s March 18th—and I’m wearing it at 5 notches which was used to get the other 8 nights, but it hasn’t recorded 10 nights out of the 18.  I got this as a replacement Sense 2 and it is just not working.  It doesn’t record oxygen stats very well either.  And the original Sense had many more features.  What can I do about that?

I am so disappointed in the Sense 2.. I had a Charge 5 for 2 years and it was giving me sleep score over 95% of the nights.. since start of Feb my Sense 2 recorded 7 nights total and actually none at all in last 2 weeks..
