Welcome to the community forums, @Hola_Mono.
Thanks for letting me know about your watch, and I'm sorry for the issues you're experiencing. Just to confirm, when you tap the Sleep tile and check your sleep log, do you see a message displayed? Usually when the sleep stages aren't recorded, which help to generate sleep scores, the Fitbit app will provide you with the reason as well as some suggestions.
In the meantime and because you haven't done so, try wearing your watch about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone and monitor its behavior in the next few days. You can also try wearing it on your other wrist to see if that makes a difference.
By the way, I've moved your post to the Sense 2 board so we can keep the forums organized.

Hi there - its saying that its unable to detect a stable heart rate and then marking about half of the time as “restless” - so a sox/seven hour sleep came up last night as 2 hours 44 (I slept well) photo attached

Purchased Fitbit sense2 in the first week of November . After an update of the firmware , three weeks after purchase . I no longer receive sleep stages ,breathing data and in the last week readiness score . I am absolutely appalled at the quality of Fitbit it is subpar and not fit for purpose . The only thing it does that u can trust is give me the time . I have been in. Intact with Fitbit support and have already tried to resolve things with a factory reset . I want a refund

Hi @Hola_Mono - did you try to logout of the app overnight, this may help and improve battery life on the watch too.
It's also a good idea to schedule a watch sleep mode or put it in sleep mode manually by pulling down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and enabling/checking before sleep, the schedule will avoid having to remember to remove it on waking.

@Otis_8312- your watch should record the information and sync it with the app when you login. Being logged out can possibly help.

I'll give that a try too - there was a software update for the tracker - hey presto - it worked!....but only for one night...I'll try the logging out route (notwithstanding Otis' experience)
Come on Fitbit - the Versa 2 worked perfectly for years and the ability track sleep is THE big USP - please assure me that you're product dev or QA/QC hasn't gone backwards

I have the replacement watch same issue . No sleeping stages , no readiness score . If it’s not the watch . It has to be firmware or the app . I do have Afb , and if this is the reason why I don’t get sleeping stages . It does not explain why up until mid December I was getting readiness scores and breathing data
