I am a Fitbit Premium subscriber (since2019) and recently upgraded from Charge 5 to Sense 2. With the Charge I was getting Sleep Scores over 95% of the time with no problems. The Sense 2 in the 4 weeks that I have owned has produced 2 or 3 days with a sleep score. I have tried all the standard things (altered how wear looser/tighter, software on App and tracker completely up to date, restarted both multiple times)..I was expecteing going up to the top end fitbit device would have been much better quality.
Interestingly the sleep page says score not got if cant get consistent heart rate , but looking at my heart rate data it seems to have no issues tracking this through the night..

Through the forums there have been a lot of complaints recently about the sleep. There was an outage at FitBits end a few days ago and issues seem to be lingering despite the fact its meant to have been fixed. Your problem could be connected to this.
