Sense 2 isn't counting floors

Anyone else having issues with their floors not counting yesterday? I know I went up and down my stairs countless times, but at the end of the day it still said 0. I've gone up the stairs 3x today and it's finally counted 1.

Hi @losthoughts - try restarting the watch in case there is a temporary fault. 

 

If the problem persists and you are on the latest update on the watch, it may be faulty and need replacing where bought it

I have this same problem with the Sense 2. I purposely take the stairs at work and I have many stairs at home and I'll do 10 flights and my watch will say 3!!! Very frustrating!! I'm reading these and most people have watches that are counting too many stairs and I'm actually doing it and I'm getting none.

All day long nothing. The original sense counted every floor.  The sense 2 counts no floors. It counts floors as I move up in the elevator.

Hi @Elivsey  @Rah22  - first try restarting the watch by pressing the button for 12 seconds till it vibrates and logo appears.

If the watch is clean (sometimes the pressure sensor hole gets blocked but it is probably too new for this) you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
