Sense 2 isn't working properly

Sense 2 will not sync with phone.

Sense 2 will not charge.

Number of steps does not reset to zero 

Sense 2 does show time, date, and day correctly.

Hi @Richardjoe - try the following

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices with the Fitbit App running other than your phone.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

Clean the terminals and try a PC port as a power source.
